Your Mistplay account is public by default, but you have full control over your visibility. You can switch to a private account at any time — and switch back just as easily if you change your mind.
How do I make my account private?
Go to Settings → Account → Profile Visibility and turn on Private Account. Your profile will no longer be visible to other players.
What changes when I go private?
Switching to a private account affects more than just your profile visibility:
- Other players cannot view your profile
- You won't see the Social feed, and your activity won't appear in it
- Your profile won't be tappable in leaderboards
Is my account public or private by default?
All accounts are public by default. You can change this at any time in Settings.
Can I switch back to public?
Yes, at any time. Go to Settings → Account → Profile Visibility and turn off Private Account. Your profile visibility and Social feed access will be restored immediately.
