To redeem rewards in the Shop, follow the steps below:
- Select the reward you’d like to redeem and read the Gift Card Details section. If you don’t have enough points for a specific gift card, it will appear red. Otherwise, you can select any gift card item/amount you have enough points to redeem.
- After selecting the item you want, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address for reward delivery.
- Upon verifying your email, you’ll receive a Redemption Successful! notification, which means that the order has been processed.
- You can track the status of your reward in the My Rewards section of the app. Please note that if your order appears to be Pending, it means that your reward is still being processed, which can take up to 48 hours.
- Once your order status changes to Approved, you can claim it directly in-app, or by tapping the Visit Site button to view your reward code and claim instructions. The reward will also be emailed to your confirmed email address.
