Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or exchange reward redemptions/gift card orders once they are placed, as the funds required to purchase them are immediately processed.
Rewards redeemed on Mistplay are issued by our gift card providers, who then process and deliver them to the email address associated with your Mistplay Profile.
Prior to redeeming a gift card, please ensure the following:
- You have selected the correct gift card type, brand, and amount.
- The gift card is available in your local currency.
- You have access to the email address on your Mistplay account.
