Where can I enter the sweepstakes?
To join the Shop sweepstakes, go to the Shop section of our app and tap the Sweepstakes banner. Look for the specific event and redeem your points for entries to participate.
The sweepstakes period starts and ends at specified times. Participants must be in the eligible location and the age of majority in the jurisdiction of entry. No purchase is necessary. Participants must have Mistplay version 2.1.0 or higher to access the event. Please see the Official Rules for more information.
How do I successfully enter the sweepstakes?
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize. For entry options, please see the Official Rules for that particular sweepstakes.
How will I know if I successfully entered the sweepstakes?
The Redemption Successful! message will appear once you have successfully redeemed your points for entries within. To check your sweepstakes entries, go to My Rewards. From there, you can also verify the progress of the sweepstakes.
What are the eligibility requirements for the sweepstakes?
Please refer to the Official Rules for that particular sweepstakes. The eligibility requirement can be found by tapping View Official Rules within the event.
Will I need to provide any additional information if I win?
